One definition of insanity is – doing what everyone is doing and expecting different results. If you do what everyone is doing, you can expect to get what everyone will get. If you choose to be part of the crowd, if you choose to join the rat race, you will be a part of the crowd. Even if you win the rat race, you will still be, well, a rat.
We are not doing what everyone is doing. We do not compete on size. We do not follow an open door policy. We do not take everyone who walks in with the view that everyone who walks in will add to our revenue. We aim at producing top-notch professionals and that cannot happen if we take everyone. IIT Delhi or IIM Ahmedabad cannot produce world-class professionals if they adopt an open door policy. To produce world-class professionals they need to be selective. They take a small number of students, by choice. We are NOT IIT Delhi or IIM Ahmedabad, but we are selective. We aim at producing top-notch professionals.
We are small. We are proud of this smallness. We are small because we are selective. Quite frankly, our courses are not meant for everyone. Everyone does not come to us and everyone who come to us is not selected.
We are selective because unlike most of our competitors, we do not follow an open door policy. We aim at taking a limited number of students and transform them into top professionals.
