Q. What is the initial Franchisee fee? |
| |
The fee* is Rs.5 Lacs for A-class cities and Rs. 4 Lacs for B-class cities. The first agreement shall be valid for 3 years. The list of A and B class cities is available with us click here. |

Q.How much do I invest if I have to become a TIIT Franchisee? |
| |
Apart from the initial set up cost of Rs. 10 lacs, the Franchisee fee, cost of acquiring the premises, you will need approx. Rs. 2-3 lacs as working capital to accommodate your payments till you reach breakeven. |

Q.How is the initial Franchisee fee accounted for? |
| |
The initial fee allows you to use the TIIT brand to start up your training facility. The fee comes with access to:
- Initial Setup assistance
- Initial technical, sales and operation training
- Recruitment advertisement on reputed Job portal
- Predefined promotional material
- Launch of centre in print media through Education Times Or Local Newspapers
- 50 student promotional kits*.

Q. How is the advertising cost divided between the Franchiser and Franchisee? |
| |
The national advertising campaign cost incurred in Education Times (all editions), will be borne by TIIT. However, the local promotional campaigns and advertisements in regional newspaper(s) will be taken care of by the local Franchisee at their cost. The national campaign will be reviewed on a regular basis as per market dynamics. |

Q. How is the Franchisee premises obtained? |
| |
Mostly Franchisee premises are leased for 5-9 years. The arrangement between the landlord and the Franchisee varies from city to city. Franchisee may acquire template of lease, if needed. |

Q. Who selects the site for the Franchisee? |
| |
Generally a Franchisee selects two to three options. Out of the sites selected, Franchiser team selects the best suitable one. If no site is approved, the Franchisee is allowed and permitted to locate another site within one month or the deposited amount is returned as stated earlier. Owned sites are preferred and recommended. |

Q. How much control does the Franchiser maintain over the day-to-day operations? |
| |
| We take the broader aspect of education and delivery into account. The entire day-to-day operation is left to the discretion of the Franchisee within TIIT guidelines. TIIT conducts surveillance and regular audits to maintain and enhance the quality of service. |

Q. What about Faculty Training ? |
| |
TIIT provides Faculty Training which will impart technical and teaching skills requisite to train the students. This includes orientation to course methodology and maintenance of TIIT quality standards while conducting the programs. The batch will be formed once every quarter. The venue of the training will be in New Delhi. The pre-approved faculty will be trained for approx. 8 hrs per day, for a period ranging from 5-25 days. Lodging and Boarding of the team shall be borne by the Franchisee. |

Q. What about Sales Training ? |
| |
Sales training to the center’s staff will spread over 3 days. The training will aim at keeping you ahead in the competitive market by finding ways of retaining customers, finding solutions to customer problems and ensuring quality control in day-to-day operations. The training will be provided at a common venue for the Franchisees of the region. |

Q. Under what conditions does the Franchisee's contract get renewed? |
| |
If the Franchisee qualifies the audits, maintains the quality and services, has no outstanding towards Franchiser and meets the business targets set by the Franchiser, TIIT will renew the contract on a mutual consent basis. The renewal fee will be 60% of the prevailing Franchisee fee. |

Q. How long a centre does takes to become profitable? |
| |
Generally a TIIT Franchisee takes three to six months to achieve breakeven. Depending upon the Franchisee size, you have the potential of recovering the investments within approximately two years of successful operations. |
