Why our fees is higher ?

 

There is wise management saying – a bad manager, howsoever cheap, can be very expensive.  The same goes for training.  Cheap training can be very expensive.

The difference in our fees is because of difference in our training on four counts – faculty, infrastructure, wider course coverage leading to more number of hours and finally batch size.

In a nutshell, the difference is there because top faculty costs substantially more, top infrastructure costs substantially more, our coverage of course is substantially wider to equip students deal with toughest problems in real life and this leads to more training hours which comes at extra cost to us and finally we have controlled batch size which leads to higher student faculty ratio leading to higher costs.

 Faculty:The difference in price of a top professional and an average professional can be enormous.  A top MBA from Harvard or IIM may get a     starting salary of Rs.200,000+ per month or more, an average MBA may not get even one-tenth of this.  A top advocate may charge fees in lacs, an average     advocate might keep fighting for peanuts. 
 
The biggest war that is going on right now in the entire world is the war for talent.  Talent is expensive.  Horribly expensive. 
 
The number one reason for the difference in our fee is simply that we have attempted to get world-class faculty.  The best of the breed.  That is the only      way we can make you best of the breed.    
 
Top faculty is expensive.  Really expensive.  We had a choice – to compete on price and pay our faculty only as much or less than what others are paying      or  to decide not to compete on price and go for the best that we can get.  We did the later.

     Compare a person who just learns a few sentences in English in the name of learning English language with someone who can handle any job with cool      confidence including addressing a team of professionals in English. 
 
One institute may hire any person who knows a little English and claim to teach people English language.  Another institute may really search for best of      breed professionals to produce best of breed professionals.  The difference can be enormous.
 

     The same applies to networking.  One institute may teach networking of a home office and from a legal angle claim to have fulfilled their responsibility.  If      a person who passes out from such an institute is called, let us say, a good bank in India with the job of networking all their branches or by Indian      Railways or any big corporate client with the job of networking all their branches, the person may feel uncomfortable.  We teach networking from a      world- class perspective so that a person who claims to be networking professional is a real networking professional, comfortable with doing the job      anywhere in the world – be it Bangalore or California or London.  That confidence can come only when people who teach you are really world class      professionals.  Such  professionals cost a lot more than ordinary people.
